The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for our services will be outlined in a separate engagement agreement between AuditPro and the client.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. Service Engagement

Our services are provided on the basis of a specific engagement agreed upon between AuditPro and the client. The terms of such engagement, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing, will be set forth in a separate engagement agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in the engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated in the engagement agreement:

  • Fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of our engagement except as required by law or authorized by the client.

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuditPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website or services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the website
  • Any content obtained from the website
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
